Transportation Project Researcher and Coordinator

Negah (she/her) is a Researcher and Coordinator for the Transportation Project, where she is working on increasing access to safe and affordable transportation for women fleeing violence in Northern BC. She is a former urban planner with years of experience in urban planning and community development. Educated in urban and regional planning, supplemented by graduate diploma in urban studies, Negah is passionate about healthy and inclusive communities, active transportation, and smart cities. When not working, she enjoys exploring places in the region, cooking new foods, reading books, and also working on her computer skills.
