This discussion paper is part of a larger project to develop promising practices for supporting women fleeing violence who also have varying levels of mental wellness and substance use in transition houses in BC.

It covers current policies, procedures and practices in BC and the Yukon, barriers to accessing support, barriers to providing support, barriers to collaboration, and promising approaches.
