Reducing Barriers

Project Details

Women who have experienced violence and who have mental health and substance use issues often face restricted access to transition and second stage houses and safe homes. As a result, those who are most vulnerable are at increased risk of homelessness and further violence. This training focuses on considering ways to lower and reduce these barriers and is offered 4 – 6 times a year across BC.

This training is supported by BC Housing. Please contact training@bcsth.ca if you are interested in more information or details.
