Karlee Grant is the Senior Program Manager at Victoria Women’s Transition House Society (VWTH). Karlee has been with the agency since 2021 and directly supports the Stopping the Violence program, PEACE program, safe home program and the older women’s third stage transitional housing program.  Karlee has worked in the health and human services field supporting and advocating for underrepresented populations for 18 years. Prior to joining VWTH, she worked in Northern Ontario managing outreach services and both transitional and supportive housing programs for individuals with acquired brain injury across the region. Karlee has completed a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Communication through an intersectional feminism lens and brings this perspective with her to her current role at VWTH and would bring this perspective if elected to the Board of Directors with BCSTH.
