The BC Society of Transition Houses is currently developing the Feminist Management Training Series. There will be a set of five workshops in the series, which folks can take in any order. The first workshop – Feminist Leadership – explores leadership, power and relationships in the Women’s Transition Housing and Supports Program (WTHSP) context through an intersectional feminist lens. Designed specifically for emerging and developing leaders in the WTHSP sector; this workshop is for frontline staff interested in transitioning to management, senior support workers, coordinators, managers, directors, and executive directors, and includes all genders.
