De-escalation in Anti-Violence Programs Webinar

This interactive webinar will explore the connections between trauma, violence and escalated behavior, highlighting promising practices for responding to crisis situations using a woman-centred approach. Participants will be invited to reflect on and share about their current workplace de-escalation practices, which will help to inform the development of new training curriculum focused on de-escalation and violence prevention in Transition House, Second Stage and Safe Home programs.
