The information sheets provided here are designed to assist frontline anti-violence workers, usually non-lawyers, to better understand the legal causes of action related to defamation, stalking and cyberstalking and the distribution of non-consensual images and the possible legal remedies for service recipients when they are addressing technology-facilitated violent incidents. The tip sheets provide general legal information.
