Asia (she/her) has held various frontline roles working alongside people resisting violence in all forms, and has grown into a passionate advocate, trainer, and facilitator. She is currently working towards a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management at Royal Roads University and has a background in Criminology. In her work at BCSTH, she facilitates and coordinates the Reducing Barriers training, which aims to improve access to anti-violence services for women experiencing varying levels of substance use and/or mental wellness. She also develops and delivers fee-for-service training of all kinds to support BCSTH members and community partners to enhance their knowledge and skills.
