Please join us for a webinar on AHMA’s Gender Based Violence Housing Startegy. In response to the ongoing violence since the 2019 Reclaiming Power and Place: The National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls, Aboriginal Housing Management Association (AHMA)’s Gender Based Violence (GBV) Housing Strategy provides a framework for governments and stakeholders to re-envision diverse housing solutions. Presented by Terri Fortune, Xiannajaat Endensu, a Haida policy professional from Haida Gwaii and a member of the Son Goth Clain (Eagle Clan). Terri currently serves as the GBV Policy Analyst at the AHMA.
