Webinar: Family Justice Services Overview

Please join us for a webinar to explore Family Justice Services! Led by the Ministry of Attorney General’s Family Justice Services Division and presented by a panel of representatives of different aspects of Family Justice Services, this webinar will provide an overview of family justice services available across B.C. Participants will learn about supports offered during separation, including safety assessment, referrals, mediation options, and how section 211 reports are prepared. The session will also introduce the Early Resolution Process (ERP) and includes time for questions and discussion. This is an opportunity to strengthen shared understanding, improve referrals, and explore how Family Justice Services and community support can work together to better support survivors and their children.
