This guide offers sample policy templates to assist anti-violence organizations to develop specific “use of technology” policies for the Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling and Empowerment (PEACE) Programs for Children and Youth Experiencing Violence.  These policy templates were created to ensure that the way technology is used in our collective work to support women, children and youth experiencing domestic violence does not negatively impact the privacy, confidentiality and safety of the women, youth and children who access our services. The policy templates included in this resource specifically address the use of technology by board members, employees (including the Executive Director), sub-contractors, service providers, volunteers, trainees, and work placement and student interns working within the PEACE program.
