Survey

canvasbullyingThis survey from March 2015 canvassed Children Who Witness Abuse (CWWA) service agencies about the linkages between between exposure to Violence Against Women and experiences with bullying. There are well-established connections between children and youth’s exposure to Violence Against Women and their experiences with bullying. The objective was to better understand how CWWA and Violence is Preventable (VIP) programs are positioned to address these linkages.

Funded by the BC Ministry of Justice. Survey conducted and analyzed by Andrea Thompson.

Guidebook

housingguidebkThis guide is designed to assist service providers in helping women and children who have experienced violence, or are at risk of violence, to access secure and appropriate housing in the private rental market. The goal of this guide is to provide you with women-centred, practical suggestions that recognize the varied needs women may have, as they move on from transition housing or other temporary shelters/housing, to permanent housing free of family violence. Published by BCSTH and BC Housing, April 2015.
